More about me
Graduated in Psychology in 1997, my primary interests are neuroscience, cognitive psychology and neuropsychology
I also have an interest in psychology and marketing, and I have attended evening courses at Ichec Entreprises as well as working in various companies.
It became clear to me that I wanted to go back to the field of psychology, but in a different way. Stress was my first interest and theme :
First, I offered relaxation and biofeedback sessions.
Then, I further specialised in the field of psychotraumatology, utilising different methods such as EMDR (Eyes Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and LI (Lifespan Integration).
Recently, there is a growing interest in certain personality disorders, which is leading me to specialise in methods like TFP (Transference Focused Psychotherapy), where emotions related to the transference are used.
For personal development and to be able to help you more effectively, I regularly invest time in training, meetings, seminars, supervision, consultation with colleagues, reading and of course personal therapeutic work.
I strongly believe that the best decisions concerning your life are the ones that comes from you, therefore I wish to guide and help you find the best solution for yourself. Everyone can achieve a certain degree of well-being and attain personal objectives.
I would propose a series of three meetings to ensure that we are comfortable working together and to determine the most suitable methods suited to your needs. After that, there is absolutely no obligation to continue. You are totally free to find another therapist of your own choosing if you wish.
Clinical Psychologist, I am bound by professional confidentiality.
